Soundcheck Ready keeps preparation records organised. It is not legal advice, certification, regulator approval or a compliance guarantee.
Who provides the service
Soundcheck Ready is operated by YDN Advisory Ltd. Service questions should be sent through the contact page email link.
What the service does
Soundcheck Ready gives venues a place for readiness records, including scope rationale, capacity assumptions, procedure records, staff awareness evidence, evidence logs, review notes and show-night operating packs.
What the service does not do
The service does not provide legal advice, certification, regulator approval, guaranteed compliance, formal terrorism risk assessment scoring or a substitute for professional security, legal, licensing, fire safety or health and safety advice.
Venue responsibility
The venue remains responsible for the accuracy of information supplied, final procedure decisions, staff communication, legal duties and operational decisions. Templates and records must be reviewed against the venue's actual circumstances.
Setup scope and payment
Where the GBP 399 assisted setup is offered, it covers the first readiness pack and 30 days of workspace access unless a different written scope is agreed. Payment, cancellation and delivery details should be confirmed in writing before work starts.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, malicious or irrelevant material, attempt to access another venue's records, interfere with the service, or use the product to misrepresent certification, approval or guaranteed compliance.
Availability and changes
This is an early product. Pages, templates, features, pricing and workflows may change as GOV.UK guidance, product scope and venue feedback changes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Soundcheck Ready and its operator are not liable for venue operational decisions, legal compliance outcomes, acts or omissions by venue staff or third parties, or reliance on records without venue-specific review.
