Policy
How venue and contact data is handled.
Last updated 17 May 2026. Review this policy again when the product adds live intake, accounts or storage workflows.
Preparation records only
Soundcheck Ready keeps preparation records organised. It is not legal advice, certification, regulator approval or a compliance guarantee.
Who is responsible
YDN Advisory Ltd operates Soundcheck Ready. For privacy questions, use the contact page email link.
What we collect
For enquiries, we may collect your name, work email, venue name, borough, role and message. For readiness setup or later intake flows, we may collect capacity assumptions, staff roles, responsible-person details, emergency contacts, procedure notes, floor plans, evidence files and review comments.
How we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, assess likely venue scope, prepare readiness records, deliver setup work, maintain the workspace, improve the product and keep a record of service communications.
Processors and hosting
The public site is hosted on Vercel. Supabase supports workspace, authentication and storage features. Email providers and other operational tools may process service communications when used.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, they are for site performance and page usage. The public site should not use analytics to make legal, safety or compliance decisions about a venue.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the relationship and basic business records. Venue readiness records are kept while the setup or workspace relationship is active, then reviewed for deletion or export when no longer needed.
Sharing
We do not sell venue data. We may share information with service providers who run the product, or where required by law. Venue-specific records are not treated as marketing material without permission.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data by emailing the contact address. Some records may need to be retained where there is a valid legal or business reason.
